To receive your order in time for the holidays, please make sure you place it before the dates below.
UK ORDERS
We recommend placing your order before 20.12.2023 to ensure delivery by 22.12.2023. Any orders placed after 22.12.2023 will be processed 03.01.2024.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We recommend placing your order before 10.12.2023 for Standard deliveries and 16.12.2023 for Express deliveries.

Taxes & Duties
UK: Price includes VAT
EU: Price includes VAT at your local rate. Under the terms of the trade agreement between the UK and the EU you should not be charged duty.
US: Any purchase under $800 will be exempt from duty as a "de minimus entry". Any purchase above $800 will be subject to duty.
Japan: Price includes duty and import tax.
Rest of World: You will be responsible for all import duties that may be applied by your local tax office on delivery into your country. If you refuse to pay this, the item will be returned to us, and we reserve the right to deduct the costs thus incurred from any refund that we make.
Shipping Terms
If your order is received by 12.00pm (GMT) the order will be despatched the same day (Monday-Friday).
Upon despatch we will email you a delivery confirmation with your tracking number.
All goods will require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure that someone will be in to sign for it.
We cannot ship to a PO Box.
If you would like to ship to a separate address to ensure someone can sign for it, then please put this in the delivery address section, but always ensure that your billing address is correct to avoid any delays.
The delivery times provided are estimates, George Cox cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays due to public holidays, customs issues or bad weather conditions.
