Q: Can I return an item?
A: We are sorry to hear you wish to return an item, but yes you have the right to do this within 30 days. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy and follow the instructions.
Q: I have ordered the wrong size, can I exchange them?
A: Yes of course, we want you to be happy and comfortable in your shoes. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for more information on how to do this. Please refer to our size guide to help establish what size you require. If you are exchanging an item outside of the UK then we will ensure that the paperwork reflect that you will have already paid for any customs and/or tax in the previous shipping. If you are exchanging then we will also cover the cost of the return shipping to you of the replacement with our compliments.
Q: Do I have to pay for my return shipping?
A: Yes, you are responsible for paying for and returning an item. We recommend that you use a signed for and trackable delivery service for added security. If you are exchanging an item, then we will cover the costs of the return shipment with our compliments. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Q: What currency do you sell in?
A: Customers in UK, EU, USA and Japan will be charged in their local currency. For the rest of the world we sell in GBP, your bank will process the payment at the relevant exchange rate.
Q: Will I have to pay any tax and/or import charges in addition to my order?
EU: Price includes VAT at your local rate. Under the terms of the trade agreement between the UK and EU you should not be charged duty.
USA: Any purchase under $800 will be exempt from duty as a "de minimus entry". Any purchase above $800 will be subject to duty.
Japan: Price includes duty and import tax.
Rest of World: You will be responsible for all import duties that may be applied by your local tax office on delivery into your country. If you refuse to pay this, the item will be returned to us, and we reserve the right to deduct the costs thus incurred from any refund that we make.
