Q: Can I return an item?
A: We are sorry to hear you wish to return an item, but yes you have the right to do this within 30 days. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy and follow the instructions.
Q: I have ordered the wrong size, can I exchange them?
A: Yes of course, we want you to be happy and comfortable in your shoes. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for more information on how to do this. Please refer to our size guide to help establish what size you require. If you are exchanging an item outside of the UK then we will ensure that the paperwork reflect that you will have already paid for any customs and/or tax in the previous shipping. If you are exchanging then we will also cover the cost of the return shipping to you of the replacement with our compliments.
Q: Do I have to pay for my return shipping?
A: UK customers are responsible for paying for and returning an item, for International orders we will provide you with a return label which will be deducted from your refund amount. We recommend that you use a signed for and trackable delivery service for added security. If you are exchanging an item, then we will cover the costs of the return shipment with our compliments. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Q: Will I have to pay any tax and/or import charges in addition to my order?

UK: Taxes are included in the price.
US: Duties are included in the price. Local taxes will be added at checkout.
EU: Duties and taxes are included in the price.
Canada: Duties are included in the price. Local taxes will be added at checkout. In the event you return any items, Canadian customers are eligible for a full refund of Duties & Taxes.
Japan: Duties and taxes are included in the price.
South Korea: Duties and taxes are included in the price.
Rest of World: Duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout. If you refuse to pay any applicable duties or taxes, the item will be returned to us, and we reserve the right to deduct the costs thus incurred from any refund that we make.
